- Roast: You can roast whole pieces of blackfin tuna with olive oil, salt, and pepper. To do so, remove any bones from the fillet before placing it in an oven pan (or baking sheet) covered in foil. Bake until the edges start to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
- Sauté: Sautéing works great if you have a cast iron skillet. Place the fillets in the skillet over medium heat and let them cook without moving until they get nice and crispy on the outside and rare inside. When done, place the fillets on top of warm pasta noodles or rice.
