What Is The Best Way To Cook Blackfin Tuna?

Low-heat cooking

  • Roast: You can roast whole pieces of blackfin tuna with olive oil, salt, and pepper. To do so, remove any bones from the fillet before placing it in an oven pan (or baking sheet) covered in foil. Bake until the edges start to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
