Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/3 cup sweet potato chopped
  • 1/3 cup carrots chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped

Instructions

  • Rice should be prepared in accordance with the directions on the container. Over medium heat in a sizable skillet, brown the ground meat.
  • To the skillet, add the cooked rice, green beans, sweet potato, celery, and carrots. Cook for an extra fifteen minutes on low heat. To spread all the ingredients equally, stir the mixture occasionally.
