  • 1 Oven

  • 2 cups dry red wine
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper


  • Place the tri-tip roast in a plastic zip bag after combining the marinade ingredients.
