  • 1 package saimin noodles (4.5 ounces), cooked and drained
  • 1 saimin seasoning packet (this comes with the saimin package)
  • 3 ounces kamaboko (Japanese fish cake)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 green onion
