  • 1 Skillet


  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 cup white onions
  • 1 teaspoon thyme fresh, chopped
  • 5 chicken sausages or hot dogs or any other types of links or meat
  • ½ cups reserve pasta water
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper crushed or habanero pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Reduce heat, cover, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. if using, add some red pepper flakes. To taste, add salt and pepper to the food. Serve warm alongside a salad.
