  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cup methi leaves
  • 0.5 cup curd
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp carom seeds
  • 4 tsp oil
  • water
  • 10 tsp oil
