Instructions
The handmade roasted garlic bulb should have the ends removed.
Now Sprinkle with olive oil, wrap in tin foil, and bake for about 35 minutes at 400 degrees F.
4 ounces of dried chilis should be added to a small saucepan of water, making sure the water is above the chilis. Then boil it for roughly 20 minutes.
Sliced onion, baked garlic, drained chillies, and fire-roasted tomatoes should all be added to a blender and blended until smooth.
Put the purée and the remaining wet ingredients in a pot.
Put all of the dry ingredients in a separate pot.
17 minutes of boiling and stirring should be enough to detect scent.
