Tajin should be added on a small plate. By running a lime slice around the top edge of the glass, wet the rim, then dip it into the tajin. Place ice in the glass and set it aside.
Tequila, lime juice, orange juice, honey (optional), and jalapeo slices should all be combined in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to the top, then shake ferociously for 30 seconds. Use a water bottle or a jar that can be sealed if you don't have a cocktail shaker.
In a glass with tajin on the rim, strain.
Lime wedges and more jalapeo slices are used as garnish. Enjoy!
