Follow the directions on the spaghetti pasta's packaging to cook it. Drain the pasta and save 1 cup of the water.
The hot dogs should be fried for about 3 to 5 minutes in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then removed and set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the same skillet and sauté the bell pepper, onion, and garlic until they are transparent. Cook the meat until it's soft and gently browned by adding the ground beef, salt, and black pepper.
Add the pasta water, tomato sauce, sugar, tomato paste, and banana ketchup. Stir everything together thoroughly. Then, cover the pan and simmer on low to medium heat for about 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Pour the all-purpose cream, if using, and blend it with the fried hotdog. Accordingly, adjust the seasoning. Cut the heat off.
Add some pasta, some sauce, and some shredded cheese to each serving plate to complete the presentation. Enjoy!
