- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup milk
Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) of water and one tablespoon (15 ml) of sugar or honey to a clean glass jar.
Fill the rest of the space inside the jar with room temperature water.
Mix all the liquids together until they form a paste.
Use a funnel or sippy cup to transfer the mixture into the enema bag.
Remove air bubbles from the bag by squeezing them out using your hands.
Insert the bag into the anus and pull up to remove excess air before placing the bag in the toilet bowl.
Leave the bag in place for 10 minutes while sitting down, then flush away any remaining liquid.
