Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  • Grease a griddle or frying pan and preheat it. (I favour using a griddle.)
  • Make sure all the ingredients are well-combined to prevent lumps. Watch out not to combine too much.
  • 1/3 cup of the batter should be poured. Flip the pancake over and cook the other side for approximately a minute when the edges start to dry up and the top starts to bubble.
  • Any leftovers can be frozen after cooling. Reheat each pancake for about 20 seconds in the microwave.
