- 1 head Purple Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Herbes de Provence

A 400 degree oven is recommended.
Cauliflower should be cut into steaks.
Put these lovely pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Add a healthy drizzle of olive oil, some salt, pepper, and a generous sprinkle of Herbes de Provence.
For around 20 minutes, roast. The cauliflower's tips should be slightly caramelised and soft.
