Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken cut it into eight pieces
  • ½ cups All Purpose flour
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp ginger garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1 litre buttermilk
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp ground all spices

Instructions

  • Chicken pieces should be washed with freshwater and drained
  • Take some buttermilk and dip some chicken pieces in it. 
    Place the container's cover on tightly and marinate for 4 to 8 hours in the fridge.
  • After marinating, take the chicken out of the fridge and drain.
  • Combine the chicken pieces with all the seasonings after sprinkling.

  • Chicken pieces are dipped in egg white before being dusted with all-purpose flour.
  • In a pressure cooker or broiler, heat the cooking oil to 360°F. 
    Close the cover after dipping the chicken pieces in it. 
    Remove after 8–10 minutes of cooking.
