Ingredients

  • 1 head Romanesco cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or more to taste
  • 2 grinds black pepper fresh
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425° F. (220 degrees C). Aluminum foil should be used to line a baking sheet.
  • Place the Romanesco on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and paprika powder.
  • 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven, until tender.
