Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Grease a medium baking dish sparingly.
Cream the butter, chopped parsley, and chives in a basin.
Place the fish in the baking pan that has been prepared. Add salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice. About 2 teaspoons of the butter mixture should be used to top the fish. Bake for five minutes, or until the butter is melted. Turn the filets over, coat them with the remaining butter mixture, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
When serving, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
