Ingredients

cup olive oil

ripe avocados
peeled and pitted

unsalted butter melted

cups whole wheat flour

tablespoon brown sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon cinnamon

tablespoon water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil and melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
Add all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Using a hand blender or food processor, blend together 1/4 cup of the melted butter mixture, eggs, and water until smooth.
Stir the wet ingredients into the rest of the dry ingredients until just mixed.
Spread batter evenly onto a greased 9 x 13 inch pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
