Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Seedlip
  • 1 ounce apple cider
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce honey syrup

Instructions

  • 2 ounces of Seedlip Garden 108, 1 ounce of apple cider, 1/4 of fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 ounce of honey syrup (honey cut 1:1 with hot water so it dissolves more quickly) should be combined in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • After thoroughly chilling, shake, and strain into a tall glass filled with new ice.
  • Add a half-ounce of club soda on top, then add some rosemary as a garnish.
