- ¾ cup Cold brew
- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup to taste
Chocolate cream
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
- ½ tablespoon vanilla syrup
In a cup, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, cocoa powder, and malted milk powder.
Froth with a hand help frother until the volume doubles.
Fill a serving glass halfway with ice.
Top with cold brew and a little vanilla syrup to taste, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top to top with the chocolate cream foam.
Add the chocolate cream to the cold brew and enjoy!!
