  • 1 pie crust frozen unbaked deep dish 9-inch
  • 15 ounces pumpkin
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • To begin making this signature pumpkin pie recipe, preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the frozen pie crust on a large baking sheet lined with foil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the pie crust.
  • Cook for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 350°F. Bake for another 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack. If desired, top with Vanilla Whipped Cream.
