500 g blackberries freshly picked 200 g flour plain 85 g butter 55 g sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Fill a baking dish halfway with washed blackberries.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Crumble the crumble on top of the blackberries.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until light brown.
Serve with custard, whipped cream, or ice cream.
