- 1 cup cucumber
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 4 green chilli
- 1/2 cup beaten yoghurt
- salt as required
- 1 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup green unripe bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 pinches cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 10 curry leaves
All the vegetables should first be washed in clean water. Finally, drain all of the water.
After that, peel them and cut them into medium- to long-thick sticks or batons. Set apart.
Keep sliced unripe bananas submerged in water to prevent darkening.
