Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberries frozen
  • 1 Banana frozen, peeled
  • 2 tbsp Plain Unsalted Almond Butter
  • 2-4 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk or Non-dairy milk of choice

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can change the consistency of your smoothie by adding more nondairy milk to make it creamier and smoother, or by adding more frozen fruit to thicken it.
  • Enjoy right away.
