How to stack chicken wings in an air fryer

Air Fryer Fried Chicken

You can stack chicken in an air fryer. Air fryers require no oil, so you can cook two to three chicken breasts at a time in some models.

Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 4 chicken thighs skin on
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Instructions

  • Heat the Air Fryer to 390 degrees before using.
  • Combine the flour, salt, and Old Bay in a bowl.
  • Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg before dredging it once again. Shake off any extra flour thoroughly. You can lightly spritz the chicken with cooking spray at this point if you'd like, but I don't.
  • In the cooking compartment of the AirFryer, put the 4 chicken thighs on the bottom. The chicken should be cooked for 25 minutes or until it reaches 180 degrees.
  • Take away and serve.
