- 10-12 Potatoes (medium), roughly peeled and cubed
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 1½ cup Milk
- 8oz Cream Cheese, cubed
- ½ stick Butter
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can of Celery Soup
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Shredded cheddar, bacon bits, and chives for topping
Cook potatoes and onion till soft in a big pot with just enough water to cover them.
Drain any extra water from the potatoes and onions.
Add the milk and cream cheese into the mixture
Once the cream cheese has melted, remove from the heat.
Continue to add the soups, butter, and garlic powder.Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits, and/or chives.
