Ingredients

  • 1 cup celery leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Turn the oven on to 200 degrees. Use parchment paper to line the baking sheet.
  • Place celery leaves on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the pan halfway through.
  • Remove from oven, then allow to cool. Transfer to the spice mill. Add salt and pulse to a fine powder. Completely cool, then store covered in a pantry.
