Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pardon peppers be careful larger pardon peppers can get quite spicy
  • 1 cup Jimmy Nardello peppers
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry the peppers, leaving the steams on but removing any leaves.
  • Heat the oil in a large cast iron or nonstick skillet over high heat. Cook until the peppers are blistered on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl and season with salt. Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish. Enjoy!
