Hennessy BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Hennessy
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
Chicken Wings
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Wings sectioned
- 1/4 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Baking Powder
For the wings
Set the oven's temperature to 425.
Take the chicken wing pieces out of the fridge and pat them dry (removing as much moisture as possible helps to have a crispy wing skin)
In a small bowl or ramekin, combine the baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
Toss the wings in the spice mixture to evenly coat them.
Put the wings on a baking sheet with parchment paper or a baking sheet with a cooling rack.
For 25 minutes on each side, bake the wings.
For the sauce
To a small saucepan, add all the ingredients. To integrate, whisk.
For roughly 10 minutes or until the sauce becomes a light syrup, heat on medium low.
