With the exception of the bread, combine all the ingredients in a mixing dish.
Make sure each piece of bread is completely submerged in the "custard" mixture. Continue until all of the bread has been consumed.
Cooking spray a non-stick pan lightly, then set it over medium heat. When the pan is heated, add the bread pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping once.
Immediately serve the French toast after sprinkling it with powdered sugar.
