Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless
  • 1 tbsp. dill dried
  • 1 tbsp. parsley dried
  • 1 tbsp. basil dried
  • 1 tbsp. oregano dried
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all herbs.
  • Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and flatten the breasts with a mallet.
  • Dip the chicken breasts until completely covered in the mixture.
  • Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat, then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until the crust is toasted. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the chicken for another 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts).
