Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. pork shoulder sliced
  • 1 large potato cubed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 Knorr Pork Cube
  • 1 lime or calamansi
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 can 6 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  • Pork, soy sauce, and lime juice are all combined together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Oil is heated in a cooking pot.
  • Garlic and onion should be sautéed until the onion is tender.
  • Add the seasoned pork (include the remaining marinade). Cook pork until it reaches a light brown color.
  • Pour water and tomato sauce. Allow to boil.
  • Add the Pork Cube from Knorr. Stir. For 35 to 40 minutes, cook with a cover over low heat.
  • Add the green peas and potato. For 10 minutes, cook.
  • Add the bell peppers and stir. 5 minutes more of cooking is required.
  • To taste, add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Onto a serving platter after transfer.
  • Serve. Enjoy and share!
