Panlasang Pinoy Pork Recipe

- 1 ½ lb. pork shoulder sliced
- 1 large potato cubed
- 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- 1 lime or calamansi
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 can 6 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups water
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion diced
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Pork, soy sauce, and lime juice are all combined together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes.
Oil is heated in a cooking pot.
Garlic and onion should be sautéed until the onion is tender.
Add the seasoned pork (include the remaining marinade). Cook pork until it reaches a light brown color.
Pour water and tomato sauce. Allow to boil.
Add the Pork Cube from Knorr. Stir. For 35 to 40 minutes, cook with a cover over low heat.
Add the green peas and potato. For 10 minutes, cook.
Add the bell peppers and stir. 5 minutes more of cooking is required.
To taste, add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Onto a serving platter after transfer.
