Put the Ice Cream Maker's bowl in the freezer and set it to the coldest setting for at least a day.
In a Classic Batter Bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk for a minute, or until the sugar is dissolved. Until the mixture reaches 45°F, put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (7C).
After removing the bowl from the freezer, secure it with the completed clear lid.
Timer for 20 minutes has been set. Pour the cream mixture into the bowl as soon as the paddle begins to rotate.
Check for doneness after the ice cream maker has stopped spinning. A soft-serve consistency should characterize the combination. If extra time is required, add it until the desired consistency is achieved.
