Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Remove the drumsticks' leaves.
  • They should be put in a pan with either water or chicken stock. Cook the leaves for about 30 minutes, or until they are soft and delicate. Cover with a lid.
  • Serve this meal hot with rice or noodles or as a side to your main course.
