Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cilantro dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin ground
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest finely grated
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cilantro, cayenne pepper, pepper flakes, cumin, and 1 tablespoon salt.
  • Just before making the guacamole, combine this mixture with the lime zest and juice (and 6 avocados).
