Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • juice of 3 limes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. chili pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped scallions
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. lukewarm water

Instructions

  • Refrigerate after combining all the ingredients. Your sauce will be prepared for serving once all of the dry ingredients have dissolved into the fish sauce, lime, and water, which should take approximately an hour.
