Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cub sriracha aioli
  • 1/4 cup toasted cashews
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 2 sprigs cilantro

Instructions

  • Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with a rim. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
  • Brussels sprouts should be baked for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crisp and soft in the center.
  • Serve the Brussels sprouts from the serving dish. Pour on some Sriracha aioli. Add cashews, cilantro, and mint as garnish. Lime wedge for garnish.
