Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with a rim. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
Brussels sprouts should be baked for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crisp and soft in the center.
Serve the Brussels sprouts from the serving dish. Pour on some Sriracha aioli. Add cashews, cilantro, and mint as garnish. Lime wedge for garnish.
