Ingredients

  • 1 soft Italian roll with a nice crust cut lengthwise but not all the way through to open like a book
  • 1/4 cup white or vidalia onion chopped
  • Kraft Cheese Whiz
  • 7 ounces ribeye thinly slice

Instructions

  • Heat a griddle or sauté pan with a drizzle of oil and one Pam spray (this will ensure that nothing sticks).
  • Cook over low heat to caramelize the onions.
  • While the onions are cooking, melt the cheese whiz in a small sauce pan over low heat.
  • Set aside the onions from the pan.
  • Cook the ribeye until done, about 90 seconds per side, on a hot griddle.
  • Swipe the cheese whiz across one side of the roll and top with the onions. Fill the roll with meat and serve!
