- 1 soft Italian roll with a nice crust cut lengthwise but not all the way through to open like a book
- 1/4 cup white or vidalia onion chopped
- Kraft Cheese Whiz
- 7 ounces ribeye thinly slice
Heat a griddle or sauté pan with a drizzle of oil and one Pam spray (this will ensure that nothing sticks).
Cook over low heat to caramelize the onions.
While the onions are cooking, melt the cheese whiz in a small sauce pan over low heat.
Set aside the onions from the pan.
Cook the ribeye until done, about 90 seconds per side, on a hot griddle.
Swipe the cheese whiz across one side of the roll and top with the onions. Fill the roll with meat and serve!
