- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 tsp tomato purée
- 2 tsp hot chili powder
- 1 red chili
- 500 ml coconut milk
Take a bowl and add tomatoes, onions, and garlic that have all been finely diced.
Add coconut milk, red chili powder, hot chili powder, and tomato puree. Blend them well.
On a huge piece of aluminum foil, place the barracuda. Do 3–4 deep cuts.
Spread the remaining mixture on top after equally distributing it into the cuts.
Place the foil neatly wrapped beneath the grill.
The fish should be fully cooked after 30 minutes on the grill.
Serve warm!
