Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp tomato purée
  • 2 tsp hot chili powder
  • 1 red chili
  • 500 ml coconut milk

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add tomatoes, onions, and garlic that have all been finely diced.
  • Add coconut milk, red chili powder, hot chili powder, and tomato puree. Blend them well.
  • On a huge piece of aluminum foil, place the barracuda. Do 3–4 deep cuts.
  • Spread the remaining mixture on top after equally distributing it into the cuts.
  • Place the foil neatly wrapped beneath the grill.
  • The fish should be fully cooked after 30 minutes on the grill.
  • Serve warm!
