Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen strawberries
  • 8 oz frozen pineapple
  • 8 fl oz coconut milk
  • 1 oz white chocolate chopped
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • Combine coconut milk and chocolate. In the bottom of a high-powder blender, combine the agave syrup, white chocolate, and coconut milk. Chop the chocolate by pulsing.
  • Include frozen fruit. The frozen pineapple and strawberries should then be added to the blender. If you don't have a powerful blender, cut up huge fruits and allow the strawberries defrost for 10 minutes to soften them slightly.
  • Blend. Everything should be thoroughly smooth and creamy after 30 seconds of blending. Depending on your blender, you might need to pulse the mixture a few times to achieve a smooth texture and guarantee that all of the frozen fruits are thoroughly mixed in.
  • Serve. Put some in a glass. Enjoy immediately, with the option to decorate with chocolate sprinkles and fresh fruit.
