Valentina Hot Sauce
Valentina is arguably Mexico's most popular hot sauce. This is possibly the most traditional hot sauce available, and it goes with almost everything.

- 1 cup White vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp hot paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar optional
Bring all of the ingredients to a boil in a pot. Allow it to simmer for one minute over medium heat.
Remove it from the heat and set aside for 4-5 minutes to cool slightly.
Put everything in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until everything is dissolved.
Fill a sterilized bottle halfway with sauce and seal with an airtight lid.
