Ingredients

  • 18 grams espresso roast coffee
  • Water
  • Coffee grinder
  • Aeropress
  • 1 Aeropress filter

Instructions

  • Heat the water in an electric teapot to 205°F to 200°F.
  • Finely crush 3 tablespoons (18 grams) of espresso coffee beans (but not super fine, or it will be too hard to plunge).
  • Put the circular filter in the Aeropress basket after thoroughly wetting it. Attach the basket to the Aeropress's end using screws.
  • Coffee grounds should be added to the Aeropress and lightly tamped with a cocktail muddler. Put it on top of a mug that is empty.
