Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Oregano
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¾ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 ½ lb Shrimp Fresh, peeled and deveined (tail-on)
  • Parsley Chopped, garnish
  • Lemon Wedge optional garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. To combine, stir everything together thoroughly.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and coat thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered (no more than 1 hour).
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers and cook for about 3 minutes per side over medium-high heat. This can be done on the grill or in a grill pan.
  • Remove from the heat and serve with lemon wedges and chopped parsley over seasoned rice.
