Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeno pepper sliced
  • 1/4 red bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the jalapeo pepper, bell pepper, and onion. Puree the mixture until it is smooth.
  • Combine this mixture with the mayonnaise and vinegar in a separate bowl and stir well.
  • Combine the pepper, garlic powder, and cumin in a mixing bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are distributed evenly.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
