Baja Sauce Taco Bell

Instructions
In a food processor, combine the jalapeo pepper, bell pepper, and onion. Puree the mixture until it is smooth.
Combine this mixture with the mayonnaise and vinegar in a separate bowl and stir well.
Combine the pepper, garlic powder, and cumin in a mixing bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are distributed evenly.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
