5 chicken sausages or hot dogs or any other types of links or meat
½ cups reserve pasta water
½ teaspoon red pepper crushed or habanero pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
As directed on the packet, boil the pasta. Oil should be heated in a big, heavy pot before adding tomato sauce or ketchup. (Add an extra tablespoon if you're using ketchup) Cook tomato paste for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring periodically. Add thyme, onion, and garlic; simmer for 4 minutes, stirring to combine. Stir in the chicken bouillon.
In a separate pan, cook or pan-fried sausages in a very little oil. Add to the tomato mixture.
As you gradually add the pasta water, add the pasta to the saucepan with the tomato and sausage mixture and toss to combine. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. if using, add some red pepper flakes. To taste, add salt and pepper to the food. Serve warm alongside a salad.
