Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • ½ cup green onions minced

Instructions

  • Use a microwave or a small saucepan to reheat soup.
  • Stir the gelatin into the cold water in a medium bowl. Combine the gelatin liquid with heated tomato soup.
  • Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a medium mixing dish. Combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese with the soup mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shrimp, celery, and green onions should be added.
  • Pour the mixture into a 1 quart mold, then chill for at least an hour but ideally all day. Before serving, unmold onto a serving platter.
