Instructions
Vegetables should be thoroughly washed.
Serrano pepper should be stemmed and coarsely chopped.
Peel and chop the onion coarsely.
Lime juice, freshly squeezed
Tomatoes, cored and coarsely chopped
In a food processor or blender, combine the Serrano, cilantro, onion, lime juice, salt, and garlic salt and pulse for five seconds on low.
Add the tomatoes and pulse on low until the desired consistency is reached. 1 quart (Chuys is quite chunky).
Enjoy it with tortilla chips!
