Ingredients

Sushi Rice

  • cups sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup seasoned rice

For the Salmon Mixture

  • 1 lb salmon skin removed
  • ¼ cup softened cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

Make the Sushi Rice

  • Rinse the rice many times until the water is completely clear. Water and rice should be added to a medium-sized saucepan. Give the rice 20 minutes to soak.
  • Bring the pot to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer. Cook for between 12 and 20 minutes as directed on the packaging. Before fluffing with a fork, turn off the heat and let the rice steam for 10 minutes. Add the seasoned rice vinegar and stir.

Make the Salmon Mixture
