- 1 pound campari tomatoes on the vine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic peeled and sliced thin
- salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Campari tomatoes should be cut in half, or three times if they are large.
Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Garnish with sliced garlic.
Dress with olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and wrinkled.
