  • 1 pound campari tomatoes on the vine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and sliced thin
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  • Campari tomatoes should be cut in half, or three times if they are large.
  • Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • Garnish with sliced garlic.
  • Dress with olive oil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and wrinkled.
