Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese that has been shredded, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  • In a saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Melted butter is applied to the chicken breasts before being coated with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Cook the coated chicken breasts in the oil until golden brown, about two minutes per side.
  • Three bowls should each contain a cup of cooked egg noodles. Add one tablespoon of melted butter to each. Italian spice, salt, black pepper, and shredded Parmesan cheese should be added.
  • Each parmesan chicken breast should be cut into slices and placed on top of the bowls' noodles.
