Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup old fashioned whole
  • 1 cup AP flour
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
  • ¼ cup toffee bits
  • sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper on a baking pan and set it aside.
  • For two minutes, combine butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  • Mix in the eggs and vanilla after adding them. Use a spatula to clean the bowl's sides.
  • Mix in the salt, cinnamon, baking soda, flour, and oats. Add the chocolate, peanut butter, and toffee chips. To integrate, stir.
  • To portion the cookie dough into balls, use a 1/4 cup.
  • With the palm of your hand, press each ball into a thick disk. Put 6 on each baking sheet. The tops should be salted with flaky salt. The centers will still seem a little underdone after baking for 9 to 11 minutes, but they will continue to cook on the baking sheet and should be set and softly golden brown.
  • After taking it out of the oven, let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes on the baking sheet before moving it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
