2tbspwhite chocolatechopped (or chocolate chips)
2tbspagave syrupcan sub for honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Combine the chocolate and coconut milk. In the bottom of a high-powered blender, combine the coconut milk, white chocolate, and agave syrup. Chop the chocolate in a food processor.
Mix in the frozen fruit. Then, pour in the frozen strawberries and pineapple. If you don't have a powerful blender, defrost the strawberries for 10 minutes to soften them slightly and cut large fruits in half.
Blend. Blend everything together for 30 seconds, or until the texture is smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender, you may need to pulse a few times to achieve a smooth texture and ensure that all frozen fruits are thoroughly incorporated.
Serve. Fill a glass halfway with ice. Garnish with fresh fruit and chocolate sprinkles if desired, and serve immediately!
