Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk can sub for another milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chopped (or chocolate chips)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup can sub for honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine the chocolate and coconut milk. In the bottom of a high-powered blender, combine the coconut milk, white chocolate, and agave syrup. Chop the chocolate in a food processor.
  • Mix in the frozen fruit. Then, pour in the frozen strawberries and pineapple. If you don't have a powerful blender, defrost the strawberries for 10 minutes to soften them slightly and cut large fruits in half.
  • Blend. Blend everything together for 30 seconds, or until the texture is smooth and creamy. Depending on your blender, you may need to pulse a few times to achieve a smooth texture and ensure that all frozen fruits are thoroughly incorporated.
  • Serve. Fill a glass halfway with ice. Garnish with fresh fruit and chocolate sprinkles if desired, and serve immediately!
